People are resistant to change, meaning that the creation of an intervention takes a while before adaptation. It is important for different group members to learn basic features of the diverse communication styles. This enables effective communication within an organization despite the inability to create an intervention.
The initial step in the creation of an efficient communication intervention is through the identification of different communication styles within the organization. In case of poor communication within the organization, it is vital to conduct a research in relation to the diverse cultures. This enables the collection of relevant information that is crucial in the development of the intervention. It is necessary to communicate the new intervention in an easy manner to avoid the creation of further communication complications.
