The organizational goal of the company is to deliver its commitments to its customers by maintaining transparency in its activities.

In a functional structure, each part of the company is grouped according to the work. There are many departments where employees work as per there specific functions. Matrix is a high breed organizational structure. It is a mixture of functional and divisional organizational structure.
